How Partnering Works
Straightforward terms, so there are no surprises once you're stocking.
24-71 Bottles
Standard Retail Partner Pricing (SRPP) applies. Mixed flavors allowed, reorders follow the same 24-bottle minimum.
72+ Bottles
SRPP applies, and cumulative purchases of 72+ bottles across 3 or more qualifying orders in a quarter unlock Partner Loyalty Rewards.
150+ Bottles
Negotiated pricing and priority production. Contact us directly to discuss.
Payment Terms
100% payment upfront on all orders.
Retail Pricing
Partners agree not to undercut Orchard Fresh's recommended retail prices.
Beverage Type
This programme currently applies to Orchard Fresh Fruit Juice Beverages. More categories may be added over time.
Storage Requirement
Keep frozen or refrigerated at all times to maintain freshness and quality.
Orchard Fresh Partner Loyalty Rewards
A little something back, for partners who grow with us.
Qualification
Complete at least 3 qualifying minimum orders (24 bottles each) within a calendar quarter, a cumulative 72+ bottles.
Reward
2% Partner Loyalty Reward Credit on qualifying purchases, issued as Orchard Fresh store credit, valid for 12 months.
Reward Credit
Issued within 7 business days after each qualifying quarter. Redeemable in full or in part, not exchangeable for cash.
Reward Resets
Reward credit stays valid for 12 months from the date earned. Each quarterly reward carries its own expiry.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify, partners must complete payment for all qualifying invoices before the end of the quarter, maintain Orchard Fresh's recommended retail prices, store products according to Orchard Fresh's storage requirements, and remain in good standing under the Retail Partner Programme.
